During my very 1st visit Dr. Jacobson answered all of my questions and helped me understand my hearing loss and the options available. She listened to my goals and recommended I borrow a hearing aid from Associated to see if it was right for me. Within one visit I was assured that she was here to help and cared about my needs.
Dr. Travis provided me with great personal service, expertise and professionalism. Office staff was great too! Thanks.

I could not have had better care and attention to my needs. My husband (recently passed away) thought Dr. Jacobson was the best. I think he would know since he had worn hearing aids of various kinds for over 50 years. I don’t know what I would do without her help.
Love Dr. Jacobson. Very knowledgeable and explained different options for me with one hearing aid vs. two hearing aids. I chose one hearing aid and she adjusted accordingly. She was eager to jump through hoops with me and my insurance. Thank you so much.
Dr. Baldwin was very responsive to my email questions, after my initial visit. She was extremely patient in explaining things I had questions about. She helped me understand the interaction between the hearing aid, the nerves in my ear and my brain, very interesting!
I was very impressed by the service that was provided me by Dr. Baldwin and her staff. I was given good and professional service. The hearing aids are very comfortable and easy to put on and off. I love them!
Dr. Baldwin has been my hearing doctor for a number of years. She is excellent in her profession. I have an ongoing appointment with her every four months, to change my tubes.
