As part of our 40th anniversary celebration during 2025, we’re putting together a series of reflections on the core values that have helped Associated Audiologists, Inc. be a solid presence in the Kansas City area and beyond over the years. This is Part 1 of the series.
Part 1: Personal Relationships with our Patients
Early in May, our audiologists gathered for their quarterly meeting and — with the help of skilled local business photographer, Marc Carver — took updated headshots and group photos. While there were some playful jokes about hair turning grayer and white coats fitting a bit more snugly, our team was happy to share their authentic selves with our current and future patients.
Because at the heart of our practice is authenticity, integrity and a deep focus on relationships with those we serve.
“We truly focus on the needs of each individual,” said Tim Steele, PhD, President and CEO of Associated Audiologists. “By focusing on doing our best for patients, they know we are giving them the best care.”
When over-the-counter hearing aids first came on the scene a few years ago, Dr. Steele wondered about how this would impact the practice. However, he found that people still want the professional experience and personalized care that come from a long-standing audiology practice with doctoral audiologists who are at the top of their field.
“Part of our mission has always been personalized service,” Dr. Steele shared. “We embrace the individuality of patients, along with their loved ones, offering customized care to meet each person’s unique needs.”
A quick glance through our testimonials and reviews will back this up. Patients share their appreciation for being heard, valued and cared for with above-and-beyond service from their audiologist and the entire office team.
If you’re looking for hearing care that is tailor-made for you, we invite you to schedule an appointment with one of our doctoral-level audiologists. We can’t wait to meet you!
